Who is my offer aimed at?
My offer is aimed at almost all age groups. Not only adults can benefit from my offer, but also young people and old people. My counseling services are aimed at individuals and groups, such as couples and families.
A holistic approach
Through my training in clinical psychology at the University of Marburg, I got to know many different behavioral therapy intervention. I also use these approaches together with my clients.
In addition, I use the large repertoire of other psychotherapeutic schools and currents, such as ACT, Systemic Therapy or Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I also work with a holistic approach, which, in addition to psychological interventions, also includes the topics of sport, sleep, nutrition, breathing, meditation and spirituality.
How do the sessions go with me? Example: Anxiety disorders
