I am a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.) and do not have a medical license. Therefore, the costs for the sessions are usually to be borne by yourself. Under certain circumstances, these can be subsequently reimbursed by your health insurance company. Among the FAQs you will find out more about this topic.
In addition, I offer separate tariffs for people with low incomes and students. You can find more information in the FAQs.
If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please let me know in good time (24 hours in advance). Please understand that I have to charge a cancellation fee of € 50 for cancellations at short notice or appointments that are not kept, as I cannot fill an appointment that is not kept elsewhere at short notice.
The total number of sessions we work together depends on your individual needs. Basically, you determine the rhythm of our appointments. In acute crisis situations, I recommend more frequent appointments (e.g. 1-2x per week), for coaching sessions, on the other hand, it is usually sufficient if the appointments take place twice a month.

Selbstzahler
Formalities are irrelevant for self-payers. This is a decisive advantage for you: You decide for yourself how to deal with the information and data you trust.
This can play a role, among other things, when entering into private health insurance or when taking out supplementary insurance (life, disability and health insurance). Questions about previous or current psychotherapeutic consultations are also frequently asked in applications for civil service.
As a self-payer, you have the privilege of being able to decide for yourself whether to answer such health questions.
Steuer
In some countries, you can claim fees for psychotherapeutic treatments as so-called “special expenses” in your tax return. The tax office requires a medical certificate for this, which must be completed before the start of the psychotherapeutic treatment.
Coaching with a direct connection to your job or your company is, in most cases, tax-deductible as job-related further training.
